About the role
ServiceTitan provides software for field service businesses and runs enterprise integrations across systems such as Workday, Salesforce, and ERP platforms. This person will design, develop, monitor, and support integrations and AI-enabled workflows using Workato and MuleSoft.
What you'll do
- Design and deliver integrations between enterprise systems and third-party applications
- Build Workato recipes, connectors, and MuleSoft APIs and flows
- Monitor integration health, resolve failures, and improve error handling
- Develop data reconciliation, reporting, and integration monitoring workflows
- Lead integration architecture decisions and coordinate delivery with stakeholders
