About the role
GlobalFoundries provides semiconductor design, development and fabrication services to technology companies. The attorney will draft, review and negotiate technology licensing and development agreements involving semiconductor technologies and related software.
What you'll do
- Review and revise technology agreement drafts
- Negotiate technology licensing terms and provisions
- Draft technology agreements with technical insight
- Handle agreements for process technology, custom silicon, EDA tools and design IP
