Senior IT Support Engineer

Bluevine provides banking, lending, and payment products for small businesses. You will resolve advanced IT escalations, administer endpoint and identity platforms, lead infrastructure projects, and automate support operations.

• Resolve complex L2/L3 issues across operating systems, networks, and SaaS
• Administer device management, identity, and service desk platforms
• Lead infrastructure upgrades, security rollouts, and deployment projects
• Build scripts to automate onboarding, offboarding, and IT workflows
• Partner with security on endpoint compliance, patching, and audit readiness
• Mentor junior IT support team members
