About the role
MaxVal oversees Salesforce implementation projects that align with clients’ business needs and technical roadmaps. The manager will lead the implementation team, govern project delivery, and oversee Salesforce solutions and stakeholder relationships.
What you'll do
- Oversee concurrent Salesforce implementations, budgets, and timelines
- Supervise, mentor, and conduct performance reviews for implementation staff
- Align Salesforce roadmaps with company strategy
- Review Salesforce configurations, workflows, and integrations
- Define implementation methodologies, documentation standards, and QA protocols
- Plan resources and lead organizational change management
