Senior Memory Circuit Design Engineer

• Analyze memory architectures and compare design tradeoffs
• Design memory and circuit blocks at gate or transistor level
• Run circuit simulations and post-layout verification
• Integrate physical implementation and leaf-cell layouts into memory macros
• Automate characterization, simulation and verification flows
• Specify silicon test plans and debug silicon issues
