Senior Memory Design Engineer

Broadcom develops semiconductor products, and this role focuses on SRAM and register file compiler design. The engineer will design and characterize memory circuits, analyze yield and performance, and debug silicon failures.

• Design SRAM and register file compilers across process technologies
• Simulate and characterize memory circuit components and critical paths
• Analyze bit-cell and sense amplifier behavior for yield sign-off
• Tune compiler designs to meet yield and performance targets
• Perform signal-integrity and power-integrity analysis
• Debug silicon failures and support corrective design changes
