Senior Payroll Accountant

Databricks provides a data and AI platform used to build and scale data, analytics, and AI applications. The Senior Payroll Accountant will handle global payroll accounting, reconciliations, audit support, and process improvements.

• Prepare and record global payroll journal entries
• Reconcile payroll balance sheet accounts and investigate variances
• Analyze monthly payroll movements and resolve discrepancies with Payroll Operations
• Account for equity compensation across payroll and the general ledger
• Support audits, statutory compliance, and accounting procedures
• Implement system updates and improve payroll accounting processes
