About the role
BlackLine develops finance automation software, including B2B payments processing platforms. This person will define and execute performance tests, analyze system performance, and recommend improvements across applications, infrastructure, and databases.
What you'll do
- Define performance test scope, strategy, plans, and execution
- Validate non-functional requirements with engineering, DevOps, DBA, and product teams
- Coordinate performance test delivery, risks, and issues
- Monitor database performance and identify scalability improvements
- Integrate performance tests into deployment pipelines
- Analyze production defects and recommend performance improvements
