About the role
BlackLine provides finance automation software for accounting and financial operations. This senior individual contributor will architect and build AI agent systems, guide technical leads, and drive platform reliability and delivery.
What you'll do
- Architect extensible platform systems and agentic AI infrastructure
- Fine-tune, prompt-engineer, and evaluate models for accounting tasks
- Unblock Staff Engineers and Technical Leads through hands-on design and coding
- Establish observability, release strategies, and production readiness practices
- Align architecture decisions with Engineering, Security, Compliance, and Data Platform teams
