About the role
BlackLine provides finance automation software supported by connected go-to-market applications. You will administer Salesforce and related systems, resolve production incidents, maintain integrations, and coordinate contractor delivery.
What you'll do
- Resolve incidents and service requests across Salesforce and connected applications
- Configure Salesforce users, permissions, flows, reports, and releases
- Monitor integrations and troubleshoot synchronization and data-quality issues
- Coordinate contractor work and report platform risks and delivery progress
- Maintain support documentation and change-management evidence
- Improve processes and automation to reduce recurring support requests
