Senior Principal - Product Owner - Observability

GSK develops vaccines and medicines across several therapeutic areas. The role owns and evolves its enterprise observability platform, including a cloud migration, telemetry pipelines, reliability, and AI-enabled services for business teams.

• Own the observability platform roadmap, backlog, SLOs, capacity plan, and lifecycle
• Migrate platform back ends to Google Cloud Observability while preserving the Grafana experience
• Lead incident response, post-incident reviews, and reliability improvements
• Manage telemetry pipelines, parsing, data quality, and ingestion costs
• Build AI-enabled observability services and unified metrics, logs, and traces data models
• Create reusable instrumentation templates, dashboards, and self-service onboarding
