Senior Production Support Engineer

Zanskar operates a trading platform supporting market activity and trade operations. This engineer will maintain live production stability, resolve trading incidents, and automate operational checks and processes.

• Prepare exchange connectivity, reference data, and risk limits before market open
• Monitor order flow and resolve live trading system issues
• Reconcile trades, positions, and P&L during end-of-day processes
• Coordinate incident resolution with trading, engineering, infrastructure, and external parties
• Automate checks and reconciliations using Python and shell scripts
• Validate releases and deployments, ensuring rollback readiness
