About the role
Kaseya provides IT management and cybersecurity software for managed service providers and internal IT organizations. The Sales Operations Analyst will process and track orders, maintain documentation and data, resolve operational issues, and support process improvements and system testing.
What you'll do
- Validate and process customer orders and supporting documentation
- Manage order backlogs and coordinate fulfillment for revenue booking
- Review customer contracts and purchase orders
- Resolve order discrepancies with cross-functional teams
- Analyze operations and data to recommend process improvements
- Support automation, system enhancements, and user acceptance testing
