About the role
Kaseya provides IT management and cybersecurity software for managed service providers and internal IT organizations. The Staff Database Administrator will manage SQL Server infrastructure, improve performance and availability, and guide database architecture and recovery.
What you'll do
- Administer, monitor, patch, and maintain SQL Server environments
- Optimize database performance through query tuning and index design
- Design and operate high-availability and disaster recovery solutions
- Coordinate schema migrations and database changes across multi-tenant platforms
- Set the SQL Server technology roadmap and plan database capacity
- Partner with Security, AWS Cloud, and DevOps teams on database controls
