• Combine workforce, recruiting, operational, financial, and labor market data
• Build dashboards, data models, reporting frameworks, and automated pipelines
• Analyze workforce trends, risks, hiring challenges, and attrition drivers
• Develop forecasting models for hiring demand and workforce needs
• Create executive scorecards, presentations, and data-driven recommendations
