About the role
GlobalFoundries provides semiconductor design, development and fabrication services to technology companies. You will develop and optimize ServiceNow solutions, including CMDB, Discovery, integrations and ITSM processes.
What you'll do
- Develop and configure ServiceNow solutions across enterprise modules
- Design and maintain CMDB, CSDM, configuration items and IT assets
- Build integrations, catalog items and workflows using ServiceNow tools
- Improve data quality, Discovery and service delivery processes
- Review code and guide junior developers and partner teams
