About the role
Tekion provides a cloud-native automotive retail platform powered by machine learning and AI. You will build automated evaluation and testing systems for AI models, agents, and product integrations.
What you'll do
- Build automated tests for models, agent workflows, retrieval systems, and APIs
- Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, consistency, hallucinations, and safety
- Create evaluation datasets, ground-truth sets, and automated scoring pipelines
- Develop regression suites for model, prompt, embedding, and data changes
- Investigate production issues and improve monitoring for model degradation
