About the role
Cisco develops industrial networking products for manufacturing, energy, transportation and smart-city applications. This engineer will build wireless and satellite networking software, drivers and firmware for IIoT products.
What you'll do
- Design control-plane and data-plane software for wireless products
- Develop BSPs, radio drivers, kernel modules and low-level components
- Code, unit test, debug and root-cause software issues
- Review product requirements and define software designs and test plans
- Lead technical design and implementation of product features
