What you'll do
- Partner with customers to understand systems, data, and integration requirements
- Design end-to-end architectures that address customer business and technical needs
- Define APIs, authentication, data flows, and deployment patterns
- Assess technical dependencies, risks, and architectural constraints
- Review implementation designs and troubleshoot integration challenges
- Share customer implementation learnings with Product and Engineering teams
