Senior Staff ATE Test Engineer

Renesas develops semiconductor products for automotive, industrial, infrastructure and IoT markets. This engineer will develop and qualify ATE test solutions, support production quality and ramp, and guide test team members.

• Develop ATE test programs for NPI, quality and capability initiatives
• Qualify, characterize and correlate developed products
• Create baseline hardware and software solutions for test teams
• Coordinate production ramp and release with product engineering and operations
• Support yield, customer return and production quality activities
• Guide junior engineers and support equipment calibration and maintenance
