About the role
Renesas develops semiconductor products for automotive, industrial, infrastructure and IoT markets. You will design digital blocks for power management ICs from micro-architecture through silicon and support verification, sign-off and silicon debug.
What you'll do
- Define micro-architectures and digital boundaries for power management ICs
- Design RTL blocks that meet functional and low-power constraints
- Coordinate synthesis, formal verification, power estimation and timing analysis
- Develop verification plans and test cases for digital features
- Debug silicon issues and correlate results with design
- Support DFT integration and digital handoff for physical implementation
