About the role
Renesas develops semiconductor products for automotive, industrial, cloud and IoT applications. This role leads cross-functional new product programs from development through tape-out and production, while supporting evaluation, characterization and manufacturing readiness.
What you'll do
- Lead new product programs from inception through tape-out and production
- Develop schedules, budgets and resource plans for program delivery
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors to meet milestones
- Identify program risks and drive mitigation actions
- Evaluate and characterize integrated circuits and analyze production data
- Report program progress, metrics and risks to senior stakeholders
