About the role
Zscaler’s Zero Trust Exchange is a cloud security platform connecting users, devices and applications while protecting customers from cyberattacks and data loss. You will maintain reliability across cloud and bare-metal infrastructure by building automation, provisioning systems and observability pipelines.
What you'll do
- Develop Go and Ansible automation for provisioning and hardware lifecycle operations
- Build fault-tolerant provisioning systems with self-healing and auto-remediation
- Develop telemetry pipelines for hardware and system monitoring
- Define production-readiness criteria, SLOs and health-check standards with software teams
- Improve rollback requirements and contribute to Agile sprint planning and retrospectives
