About the role
Discover Dollar supports clients using Lucernex for lease administration, real estate lifecycle management and financial integrations. The specialist will support, configure and improve the platform, manage lease data and accounting processes, and assist with system changes.
What you'll do
- Triage incidents and resolve Lucernex platform issues
- Configure lease administration, site management and financial modules
- Monitor application performance and lease data accuracy
- Analyze root causes and implement sustainable system fixes
- Support lease lifecycle activities and accounting outputs
- Develop lease portfolio reports and dashboards
