Blitz provides same-day delivery and quick-commerce services for e-commerce brands. This person will recruit operations and logistics talent across India and improve hiring processes and metrics.

• Lead end-to-end hiring for operations and logistics roles
• Drive recruitment across multiple cities and business locations
• Manage bulk hiring, sourcing, screening and offer closures
• Build talent pipelines through job boards, referrals and other channels
• Track hiring pipeline, turnaround time, closures and offer-to-join ratio
• Streamline talent acquisition operations and recruitment processes
