About the role
Otis provides elevator and escalator installation, maintenance and repair services. The Service Supervisor oversees field teams, safety and quality compliance, repair planning, inventory, and customer relationships.
What you'll do
- Oversee field operations and service performance across designated routes
- Promote safe work practices and conduct safety inspections and toolbox talks
- Plan repair schedules and conduct annual equipment surveys
- Manage service quality, maintenance schedules, and customer communication
- Manage materials, inventory, unit acquisition, and recoveries
