About the role
Point72 is a global alternative investment firm using fundamental and systematic investment strategies across asset classes and geographies. The Site Reliability Engineer will build and maintain distributed systems and infrastructure, improve reliability through automation, and monitor performance and service objectives.
What you'll do
- Build foundational components of the SRE program
- Align system changes with measurable service-level objectives
- Monitor capacity and performance to identify bottlenecks
- Review peers’ automation code for quality and efficiency
- Troubleshoot system issues and assess operational impact
- Participate in design reviews and evaluate technology choices
