About the role
Point72 is a global alternative investment firm that invests across asset classes and geographies. The analyst will maintain contingent workforce data and reporting, automate workflows, and turn people and recruiting metrics into operational insights.
What you'll do
- Build dashboards and reports for workforce and recruiting metrics
- Automate Human Capital reporting workflows
- Reconcile contingent worker data and support corrections
- Maintain contingent worker lifecycle, assignment, compensation, and spend records
- Translate workforce data into insights for operational decisions
