Linux Support Engineer

Point72 is a global alternative investment firm using fundamental and systematic strategies across asset classes and geographies. The Linux Support Engineer will support production Linux systems, process incidents, manage releases and automation, and troubleshoot infrastructure issues.

• Monitor and prioritize the Linux support incident and request queue
• Perform production releases following change management guidelines
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Linux servers and related components
• Analyze incidents, identify root causes, and implement remedial actions
• Maintain Ansible playbooks and troubleshoot Linux authentication
• Monitor system performance and maintain technical documentation
