• Reconcile P&L between front-office and back-office systems
• Investigate and resolve P&L breaks across asset classes
• Produce daily P&L variance reports
• Finalize portfolio manager P&L after variance checks and analysis
• Respond to P&L inquiries from portfolio managers and traders
• Improve and automate P&L reconciliation processes
