About the role

Signify develops lighting and connected solutions for homes, offices, and cities. The Site Support Engineer will provide onsite IT support, troubleshoot devices and networks, and maintain equipment and asset records.

What you'll do

Provide face-to-face technical support to office employees and client-site users
Troubleshoot devices, software, peripherals, and network connectivity
Set up user accounts, devices, and equipment handovers
Maintain ticket updates, asset records, and technical documentation
Coordinate hardware repairs, warranty claims, and vendor service visits
Support meeting rooms, office IT projects, and secure equipment disposal
