About the role
PhonePe builds digital payments, financial services and distribution platforms, including payment devices such as smart speakers and printers. You will develop, test and maintain firmware for these devices and integrate it with their hardware.
What you'll do
- Define firmware requirements with hardware, software and product teams
- Design, develop and test firmware for smart speakers and other devices
- Implement firmware support for payment-domain IoT devices
- Optimize firmware for resource use and system performance
- Debug firmware issues and verify functionality with QA
- Document firmware designs, specifications and development processes
