Software Engineer II (Servicenow)

Nielsen provides audience insights that help clients make media-related decisions. You will develop, administer, integrate and support ServiceNow applications and platform modules.

• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical designs
• Build and deploy ServiceNow applications, workflows, scripts and enhancements
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, requests and platform issues
• Create reports, dashboards and KPIs
• Administer users, access controls, upgrades and platform data
