About the role
Cisco's Next Generation Firepower Threat Defense product provides firewall, intrusion prevention and threat mitigation capabilities. You will lead and contribute to designing, delivering and testing product functionality, automating regression tests, and applying AI-based development practices.
What you'll do
- Lead design, delivery and testing of new and existing product functionality
- Automate tests using FTL and integrate them into regression
- Investigate feature internals and integration with the operating system
- Work with customer support to resolve customer problems
- Apply AI and spec-driven development practices to accelerate product development
