About the role
AECOM is a global infrastructure consulting firm working across sectors including water, energy, transportation and buildings. The Cash Application Specialist will process and reconcile receivables, research payment issues, handle refunds and support financial close activities.
What you'll do
- Process and reconcile accounts receivable and remittances
- Research unallocated payments and resolve payment discrepancies
- Prepare daily collection reports and bank reconciliations
- Process internal and client refunds
- Complete month-end accounts receivable close activities
- Manage cash application mailboxes and monthly netting requests
