About the role
Haleon develops consumer health products across categories including oral health, pain relief and vitamins. The Specialist will provide patent intelligence, searching and analysis to guide innovation, partnerships, IP strategy and patent protection.
What you'll do
- Develop patent landscapes, white-space analyses and technology assessments
- Identify emerging technologies, competitor activity and patent filing trends
- Assess external innovation opportunities and third-party patent portfolios
- Conduct patentability, prior-art and freedom-to-operate analyses
- Support invention harvesting, patent preparation and prosecution
- Translate complex patent and scientific information into business recommendations
