About the role
Sutherland provides technology, business process, and digital transformation services to businesses worldwide. You will troubleshoot enterprise storage and infrastructure issues, manage customer cases, and coordinate resolutions across support and engineering teams.
What you'll do
- Provide technical support for enterprise storage and infrastructure issues
- Own customer cases from triage through resolution
- Diagnose storage, connectivity, performance, and interoperability problems
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across platforms
- Coordinate escalations with engineering and support teams
- Maintain case notes, action plans, and technical documentation
