Sr Engineer Design

GlobalFoundries provides semiconductor design, development and fabrication services to technology companies. You will implement and validate SoC design-for-test architectures, analyze test data, and develop automation scripts.

• Implement DFT architectures including scan, memory and logic self-test
• Generate and optimize test patterns for coverage and test time
• Integrate DFT requirements into RTL and physical design stages
• Develop scripts to create, validate and analyze test patterns
• Analyze silicon and production test data to support debugging
