About the role
Netskope provides cloud and AI security and networking through its Netskope One platform. This manager will lead red team and application security programs, oversee offensive assessments, and guide remediation across products and enterprise environments.
What you'll do
- Lead and mentor red team and application security engineers
- Define offensive security strategy, roadmaps, and testing methods
- Oversee red team operations, penetration tests, and adversary emulation
- Assess cloud, application, API, container, and enterprise environments
- Run purple team exercises with security operations and detection teams
- Communicate security risks and remediation recommendations to leaders
