About the role
ServiceNow provides an enterprise platform for connecting AI, data, and business workflows. The Platform Architect will guide enterprise platform strategy, governance, architecture standards, and risk management across customers and delivery teams.
What you'll do
- Define platform vision and strategy aligned with enterprise objectives
- Guide architecture decisions to meet platform standards and leading practices
- Shape governance frameworks for instances, integrations, and data models
- Facilitate governance forums and align decisions across teams
- Anticipate and mitigate scalability, performance, and technical debt risks
