About the role
Roundel is Target’s retail media business, using first-party data and brand-safe advertising to drive results for clients. This consultant will improve processes and quality, govern operational KPIs and controls, and support audits and business transformation.
What you'll do
- Update process documentation, maps, and quality management artifacts
- Identify process gaps and integrate changes into operational workflows
- Review KPIs and analyze trends to guide continuous improvement
- Facilitate root cause analysis and support risk mitigation
- Prepare audit documentation and evidence
- Support operating reviews and strategic initiatives
