About the role

SiFive develops RISC-V compute platforms for applications including AI, automotive, and data centers. You will architect RTL-to-GDS physical design flows and apply ML-driven automation to optimize high-performance CPU implementation.

What you'll do

Architect and deploy RTL-to-GDS implementation recipes for high-frequency CPU cores
Integrate ML optimization tools to explore and improve PPA
Define floor-planning, budgeting, and integration strategies for hierarchical designs
Build automated systems, dashboards, and checklists for predictable execution
Estimate early-stage PPA to inform RTL and architectural trade-offs
