About the role
Zillow's People Technology organization operates employee platforms and an AI layer connecting systems such as Workday and ServiceNow. This person will coordinate sprint delivery, product-engineering handoffs, cross-team dependencies, and operating practices for the India engineering team and US partners.
What you'll do
- Own sprint planning, execution, capacity tracking, and closure
- Review stories for build readiness and resolve requirements questions
- Coordinate delivery and blockers between US partners and India engineering
- Manage dependencies, risks, and escalation of delivery issues
- Coordinate unit testing resources, defects, and communications
- Document support, escalation, and post-launch operating processes
