Staff Engineer

Broadcom develops semiconductor and infrastructure technology products. The Staff Engineer will carry out SOC physical design activities and optimize designs for timing, congestion, area and power.

• Plan floors, partition blocks, place designs and build clock trees
• Route designs and perform physical verification checks
• Analyze timing, crosstalk delay, noise and power
• Implement functional and timing engineering change orders
• Guide other team members through physical design work
