About the role
Palo Alto Networks provides cybersecurity products and services, including Unit 42 security operations. You will investigate and remediate security incidents for global customers and share findings with product, research, engineering, and threat-hunting teams.
What you'll do
- Own incident investigations from outbreak through remediation
- Investigate threats across endpoints, networks, identity, and cloud
- Coordinate with research, intelligence, and threat-hunting teams to detect emerging threats
- Provide product teams with feedback from customer incidents
- Mentor analysts on triage, containment, and root-cause analysis
- Write technical investigation reports and recommendations
