About the role

CommBank's Chief AI Office builds enterprise AI platforms and trusted knowledge products for the bank. You will engineer governed knowledge platforms, retrieval capabilities, and AI integrations that make enterprise information safely usable by AI systems.

What you'll do

Build reusable, AI-ready enterprise knowledge products
Develop ontologies, taxonomies, semantic models, and knowledge graphs
Engineer knowledge ingestion, enrichment, retrieval, and lifecycle capabilities
Implement governance controls for ownership, lineage, access, and auditability
Integrate knowledge platforms with LLM gateways and agent frameworks
Establish quality evaluation, observability, and feedback loops
