About the role
DigitalOcean builds cloud and AI infrastructure, with Security Products providing identity, key management, and posture protections across its platform. You will define cross-product security architecture and strategy, lead identity and trust designs, and guide standards and engineering practices.
What you'll do
- Define multi-year architecture across IAM, KMS, CSPM, and ISPM
- Design identity and trust architecture for AI agents and workloads
- Resolve security decisions spanning multiple product teams
- Set posture risk architecture and integrate signals into access enforcement
- Establish security engineering standards and protocol adoption
- Mentor engineers and advise executive leadership on security architecture
