What you'll do
- Drive escalated customer issues from intake through resolution
- Troubleshoot software, cloud, and infrastructure problems
- Analyze logs, metrics, telemetry, and system diagnostics
- Reproduce issues with scripts, automation, and test environments
- Partner with R&D teams to document defects and propose fixes
- Improve observability, tooling, and processes across teams
