About the role
Salesforce provides enterprise CRM and agentic AI products for customer success. You will advise customers on AI strategy and lead the design, delivery, and adoption of enterprise AI deployments.
What you'll do
- Define customer AI strategy and agentic solution roadmaps
- Lead design workshops and architect solutions across enterprise systems
- Manage delivery timelines, risks, reporting, and customer communication
- Drive adoption, consumption, and measurable customer value
- Coordinate delivery with Forward Deployed Engineers
- Assess AI readiness and guide change management
