Support Team Lead

G19 Studio delivers software projects across web, AI/ML-integrated products, and infrastructure. The Support Team Lead manages support engineers, triages escalations, and maintains continuity across projects.

• Triage support tickets and route them to the appropriate engineers
• Maintain project context between active delivery phases
• Manage critical incidents and escalations end to end
• Track support performance and recommend staffing or process changes
• Hire, onboard, coach, and manage Support Engineers
• Identify documentation and handoff gaps that hinder support
